Cups and containers
FATRA is a well-established producer of formed packaging in the Czech Republic. The packaging is manufactured of an unplasticized vinyl foil that features low oxygen permeability (where packed food is to provide a longer shelf life, the packaging may be produced of vinyl laminate with polyethylene).
Made of a foil having no harmful effects on health, the packaging is available in transparent, natural (yellowish) and coloured designs to suit the customer’s requirements. Transparent packaging does not distort the appearance and colours of the products inside, which is important especially in the food industry.
The containers and cups end in a flat rim and may be closed in several ways:
- Slip-on lids - Fatra
- Press-on lids with a thermo layer – Fatra
- Aluminium foil
- Laminate foil
The packaging is stacked in columns and delivered in cardboard boxes with an inserted polyethylene sleeve.
The packaging is designed for use in the food industry, e.g. for packing delicatessen, sweets, frozen products, baked products and meat. The packaging may also be used for packing small industrial goods.
