PVC granulate
The PVC granulate is designed as a semi-finished product for further industrial processing. It is manufactured from mixtures of polyvinyl chloride and corresponding admixtures, to suit the requirements for final application.
Granulation products foe application in the automotive, footwear-manufacture, electro-technical, etc. industrial branches, with admixtures of various plasticizers, dyestuffs, and filling agents to suit customer needs and wishes.
The conventional types of granulates are designed, for instance, for the manufacture of
- profiles (extrusion or injection molding processes)
- hoses
- small-size hoses
- tubes
- footwear soles
- insulation of cables, etc.
In compliance with the material used
- NOVODUR – ND granulate = non-plasticized granulate
- NOVOPLAST – NP granulate = plasticized granulate
- AGGLOMERATE - bulk, powdered mixtures
In compliance with further processing
- EXTRUSION – granulate is processed in extrusion machines (profiles, hoses…).
- INJECTION – granulate is processed in injection moulding machines (moulded pieces).
